Anton Streisslberger, Music Director
As a youth, Anton Streisslberger was very active performing in various recitals/concerts, and competitions throughout Southern Ontario and the USA, winning many awards and scholarships along the way. He studied at the Royal Conservatory, and earned a Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Toronto. Anton has also completed a Recording Engineer’s Diploma, and works part time as a recording engineer, producer and composer in his own sound recording studio (Harmelod Sound) which he built in 1990. He has been teaching piano for 28 years, and started both teaching at a private school where he teaches a computer music course, and has also been the organist at Christ the King - Dietrich Bonhoeffer since the summer of 2000. Anton also works as an accompanist, and played for 10 years at a local dance studio in Richmond Hill. Anton has sung with Barry Manilow, and worked with the Rolling Stones, as well as many independent music artists, and has charted a top 10 dance radio hit with the single “Don’t Hide Your Love” for the singer Tanya Mass.
